Rescheduling

• Up to 48 hours before your appointment: Free rescheduling. You can reschedule your time slot(s) here.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment: A fee of €35.00 per booked time slot applies for rescheduling.
• Within 24 hours before your appointment: A fee of 50% of the cost per booked time slot applies for rescheduling.

Cancellation

• Up to 48 hours before your appointment: A fee of €35.00 per canceled time slot applies.
• Within 48 hours before your appointment or in case of a no-show: The full cost per booked time slot will be charged.

How to Cancel?

Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam folder). Have you booked multiple time slots? Please cancel each time slot individually. You will receive a confirmation for each cancellation, so make sure you have received all confirmations
