If you are unable to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, it’s not a big problem. However, if you expect to arrive later than your booked escape room time, please give us a call at +3133 234 0029. We may not be able to answer right away if we’re assisting another group, but if you leave a voicemail, we will call you back promptly!
