Cancel appointment(s)

You can cancel an appointment by clicking on the cancellation link in your confirmation email(s) (may be in spam). Note: in case of multiple bookings, cancel each escape room separately. You will receive a confirmation per cancellation. Check carefully if you have received the confirmations of the cancellations. We charge €35 per cancellation.

Modifying an appointment is free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
