# Modify/cancel appointment/room

**RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT**   
You can reschedule your time slot(s) free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment via the link in your confirmation email.   
Click [here](https://eu.jotform.com/build/242363750446356) if you wish to reschedule your booked escape room(s) within 48 hours before your appointment.

-   For changes made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, we charge €50.00 per booked time slot.
-   For changes made within 24 hours before your appointment, we charge 50% of the total cost per booked time slot.

**CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT**   
Cancellations can only be made via the "Cancel your appointment" link in your confirmation email.

-   For cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment, we charge €50.00 per cancelled time slot.
-   For cancellations within 48 hours before your appointment, the full cost per booked time slot will be charged.
-   In case of a no-show, the full cost per booked time slot will be charged.

**Have you booked multiple time slots?**   
Please cancel each time slot individually. You will receive a confirmation for each cancellation, so make sure you have received all confirmations
